I found the plans of this, in an old 'Model Boat' magazine. (1966) Had the plans coppied to 1/48th sc. to give it a decent size, and so I could add figures.
Construction : Fibre glass hull/ Evergreen deck, cabin and everything else.

One thing, never throw plans away.

If you festoon it with all sorts of flowers/plants in hanging baskets it'll look like one of the house boats on the Thames down at Chelsea Reach - seriously, looks just like one
