Got some modelling done today - been spending all my time playing on my new PC    Conquering Napoleonic Europe with Poland has taken up all my free time since then  :tank:

Anyway, finally finished my Revell Hunter.  Photos here

Thats kit number 5 for the year finished!  Matches my output for all of 2004.  Can I make double figures for 2005?  :D

First, I thought your beautiful black Hunter of the 'Black Arrows' was a dream :) . Before laughing, I just asked Google, in case of... Oh, it seems real :(  No matter, this bird is beautiful, and rare, it could be nice on a black shelf: Black Widow, Black Hunter, Black Bird SR-71, Black Jet F-117...
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

Only problem with black planes is the dust, they're like dust magnets  :(

I only start worrying after 4 weeks Nev, so you had a way to go  :P

So what are you then - Poland, Duchy of Warsaw or did the old Rennaisance Polish/Lithuanian Empire survive in your timeline ? And have you got any Lithuanian Tartars in your army ? They were good enough for the Guard Imperial after all (I think Melissa's getting to me   )

Just kidding, buddy........he's actually been in seclusion awaiting what would be the end of the Stanley Cup Playoffs..........something like chicken-wing fever, I guess........

Nice model, btw, Nevster ! Does look like a beauty kit, especially in that glossy black finish you did !

oooooh, sexy!

I know f*** all about Hunters or Black Arrows, but that's a good looking plane.

The GOOD thing about black and dust and crap is that after you've dusted it off a couple of times, all that dust will work into the panel lines and nooks and crannies, and give it a nice 'weathered' appearance.  That is assuming it ever gets dusted off. . .
