Lessee...

1950's:  A-2 Savage (Israel needs more bombers... plus, I like the Savage.  I want an inexpensive  1/72 model made of it for multitudes of Wif's I've got in mind).

1960's:  A-6 (Israel needs something to replace their A-2's that they bought last decade)

1970's:  AH-56A Cheyenne (Price is no object when it comes to making Arab tank-busting aircraft operational.  Israel buys lots, then realizes that they have no night or all-weather combat abilities.  More money is sunk in, and by the time the AH-64 becomes available, the Cheyenne is ready for twice the price...  SUCH A DEAL!!)

1980's:  A-9 (after the USAF picked the A-10, the A-9 languished, until picked up for development by IAI in 1980.)

1990's:  Lavi

Gotta do one more (actually, I've got a couple more, but this one stands out)

2000's:  J-10 Lavi II (Since the original Lavi went away in RL.  Plus, I've got something on the bench that needs finishing...)
I exist to pi$$ others off!!!
My categorized models directory on my site.

Reight then! Big Dave ramble mark 2!  What if the USA and Israel never got as cozy and France stayed a major supplier?

50s: Sud-Est Mistral/Aquilon (both day- and night-fighters)

60s: Mirage 5J

70s: Mirage F.1EJ

80s: Alpha Jet

90s: Mirage 2000-5J

Well, I've got my Avon -powered Mirage IIIE up and running again.
Italeri/ESCI 1/48th I started aeons ago.
I've added a new nose (courtesy of a knitting needle!) and the AVON exhaust came from the top of some little aerosol thingy.
It'll be Israeli.
Resin seat and lots of bibs and bobs, especially bomb pylons like on the Kfir.
Rockin'

Just something to work on really during this snowy outbreak!

Typhoon? Rafale?
Have 'em both

Added some detail to the airframe.
The kit seat is crap so a resin jobbie (in the stash, bought when I got myself 8 x Mirage IIIEs  ) will be fitted....needs modifying though as the cockpit is too narrow really.
Good fun though.

U'c and finishing bits tomorrow then ANOTHER to spray up!!

I like this game!  Thanks for bringing it up again Rad!

Thought I'd go with an alternate Soviet backed Israel, it was a near thing between wether it was the East or West that backed them.

50's  MiG-15 Fagot

60's  MiG-21 Fishbed

70's  MiG-25 Foxbat

80's  Su-25 Frogfoot

90's  IAI development of MiG-29 Flanker

00's  IAI development of Su-34 Fullback

I know we're only allowed one in each decade but I can't resist the MiG-31 Firefox entering service in the mid 90's! :D  It'd be out of Israeli airspace before it hit mach 3, but if you allow for an expansionist Israel, hmmm.  Now theres an idea.....
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Radish, I'm not too familiar with the later decades so I'm unable to make suggestions. As for the 1950's era, here are some suggestions.
Later 40's early 50's:
-Israeli P-40N (the Israelis purchased C-46 Commandos from Brazil, so why not their P-40's?)
-Israeli Fw-190 (French built aircraft after the war, designated the NC.900)
-Israeli Me-262 (Czech built aircraft after the war, designated the Avia S-92, I've seen a model of this before on this forum)
-Turbine powered Avia S-199 based on Me-109TL. Link
-As Panzer already stated, Israeli Skyraiders

If you're thinking Fw-190s, remember the Czechs chose to build the Bf-109G-14 after the war INSRTEAD of the Fw-190,
What If?,,,,,,. hey, the S-199 is an Fw-190D???
Done it.

Looked good, but it's now "gone!" I think.

Might do my Super Mirage as a Spanish one...got some nice decals in the kit.

But more Israeli ideas?

1948.....Hawker Typhoon(ex-RAF bought by a middleman for a film)

1956.....Grumman F7F-3 Tigercat

1966.....F-104A

1973.....Jaguar

1982......F-14

1992......F-18

2008......Su-34 with Israeli bits, co-developed.

Not sure about the time frame on some but here goes

1940/50s - Wyvern, G.91, Hunter

1960s - Crusader and Ultra Sabre

1970s - Draken, A-37

1980s - A-10 & Mirage 4000  :)

For schemes I would go with some thing similar to this IAF inspired scheme applied to Ugandan Mig-17s, before Idi Amin.

Good find SoD, that's exactly how I'd envisoned the MiG-15's would look, maybe not the markings though!
