Impressive 4000 :wub:  However, I count 2 horizontal jets, 2 tilting jets, 8 vertical jets, total: 12 jets... Question: what would be the range (in yards)?
It reminds me the Me163B Komet, with incredible speed but having no more power after a very few minutes... :) Tornadoes, like B-17s did, would have just to avoid flying over the airport of those 4000s.

You can see on the blue lines of the 'transparent' sketch: the wing roots go over one another! (so with the engine above, raised up a little). Is there room enough? I would answer like the engineers would have answered to the commercial: "if ever there is some interest back (and probably there won't be), we will check if it is actually possible"... ^_^

The range is exactly the same as the Eurofighter Typhoon's one: with such a plane, you can operate from Roissy Charles de Gaulle and strike a ground target near Melun... not more!!! :lol:  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

I wonder how that would effect the build up to WWII ?

We've had two great Alt History time line ideas in as many day's - Miguels Nationalist/Republican Spain and now this - serious thought required now

Serious thought indeed. One point though, the Crimea is a part of Ukraine. With that in mind, my thinking is to either have the Ukraine totally neutral or allied with the Wester Imperial Russia.  But, on the other hand would Ukraine be occupied by Soviet force because of the strategic positioning on the Black Sea? If so, Ukrainian resistance movement; Free Ukraine AF flying from bases in Turkey or anothe Black Sea country??

This concept I really like...please get some great scheme on that airframe and lets see the pics...........work, family..wives and such should never get in the way of a good wif.

It is now Lance, but not sure if it would have been in the event of a Red/White split ?

Yes Tophe I made a model of that peculiar Mirage V which looks so similar to your Miravelin (Miravelin V or Miravelin M , it's up to you!!!)

Your colloquial English is very difficult to read from abroad, sorry. :(  May your wife or Ollie translate in French or could you rather explain? What is "make it to" without saying what is the "it"? What is "holding out on somebody"? :huh: At school, teachers of the English course had not explained that to us. :(
