A little peek at my workbench

Here's what I've been up to lately:

Here's a navy-equipped F-16XL variant. I altered the canopy to reflect a more birdstrike-resistant form (for the same reason the Japanese did that for the F-2). On the  burner for this one is a stronger tailhook, wing fold engravings at the kink, a refueling probe and RCN markings.

Another in my continuing series of Soviet fighters in Canadian markings. The Su-24 in Canada is a maritime strike and reconnaissance aircraft. This one is slated to get Sea Eagles on the fuselage pylons (they're sitting on my workbench), Sidewinders on the wing pylons and 434 Squadron markings (as soon as I can scare some up!)

Hee hee hee...I'll let this one hang for a bit. Y'all can speculate. :ar:

Canadian U2 equivalent? I've got the back story already written up for my version.

Naive question: on these wonderful models, is Gold the colour or the matter? (I personally guess the latter ^_^ )

Wow...that really is cool !

RCN all the way, baby ! It's funny that you, Ollie and myself all have differing dreams of a big CDN air arm...........someday !

At first I thought the Su-24 was an F-111B.

Count me in on the huge CDN air arm.  Canada must have carriers!  For their Phantoms, of course   :D  I've got two F-4's on the assembly line, waiting for Canadian markings.
I exist to pi$$ others off!!!

Is your workbench always covered in a silk sheet?

Yeah that Fencer's neat I thought it was a Tornadvaark at first too. ;)

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid
