Here's a 1/72 Fujimi F-4K done up as a Hinduistan Industries produced F-4I, an F-4K variant that can use Soviet weapons, and has an F-4D/N IR seeker under the nose.  I armed it with 4 Sparrow/Sky Flash missiles on the fuselage, and 4 AA-8's on the pylons.

This particular F-4I was used off of the ex-HMS Eagle, the INS Chandragupta (acquired from the UK in 1982.. I refit it for Phantoms in my AH) in the numerous brush wars with Pakistan.

sweet!

despite what you might sometimes hear around these parts, you really can NEVER have enough phantoms!

Another great idea.  How did you find that Fujimi build in 1:72?

The F-4K and F-4M from Fujimi are superior kits, especially when compared to the F-4J from Fujimi.  No fit problems, and the thing went together like a dream.  There's one more F-4K where I got mine from, and I'd have already bought it if I had any idea what to do with it  :D

Yeah, the Fujimi F-4K/M are superb kits.

Your only problem is finding them  :(
