Italeri MV-22 1/48th, i might do a S-3B instead, now that i think about it that would be cooler, and more out there

(muzak plays while searching)

...and S-3's would definitely look good in CG markings!

Et voila!  From Sentinel Chicken's "More Vikings" thread:

USCG HS-3B

USCG HUS-3B

I've been tossing around the idea of a USCG S-2 lately.

It's International Orange.

And by reverse, do you mean like the HH-65's original scheme:

That scheme is better than the overall orange one.

However you do it up, I look forward to seeing it completed!

I've, um, started early.  And considering I'm removing all of my entries from the eligibility for the prizes considering I'm gonna be the CG/SAR GB Premiere, I'll already have my prize in that I'm forcing my will on everyone else and making them build what I want in the time alloted!

No pics yet, but I've got eight being built (been a bad week at work, need to build, been hitting the stash hard).

September 1st is the kick-off for this build, though I'm tempted to push off the start date until just after the 1-weeker (so it'll start Sept 4th).

Sounds better, allowing the 1 week build to be completed and then flow into the Coasties build.

I second that emotion!

Oh and I found some very large anchor decals in my stash. Since this is What-If I take it there's no problem in creating a fictional coast guard right?

I'm in!  and just in time some parts for my What-If CG arrived.  It will be a large floatplane.
