the French replaced their trusty F4U-7's with Goodyear F2G-2's just before operation Musketeer kicked off. Giveing the French carrier force an improved bite.



the kit is the special hobby one.....not the best kit to come from them but it can be turned into something half decent. the decals came right out of the Italeri F4U-7 kit. same source for the droptanks and rockets
