Here's my 1/72 Brazillian Navy F-3E fighter.  It's from some company I've not heard of before, and threw the box away already.  The decals are from a set I got from Hannets.

This particular example was acquired when Brazil bought the the ex-USS Antietam in 1966.  The newly named Carnivale was initially equipped with ex-USN F-3 Demons, chosen for their ability to fire the AIM-7 Sparrow, in addition to the AIM-9 Sidewinder.

The F-3 was upgraded through the years, before being retired in 1986 with the acquisition of F-4L figthers.  This particular example is seen newly painted in low-vis camoflage for its final cruise in the South Atlantic.

Who the hell would think of doing that to a Demon? Or anything to an F3 for that matter, now you really are just trying to humble us all. That ones great and for some reason I know see a resemblance to the Supermarine Swift. Probably the Emhar kit I think they are pretty much the only game in town for 1/72 Demons and Furies.

Right now I'm really off to check that another kit hasn't gone missing from my stash. <_<

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid

Is that one of the Emhar kits?  I've been looking at one on Squadron.  Looks cool for not a lot of cash.  Nice job!

That's it!!  It's from Emhar!  Couldn't remember the name of the manufacturer to save my life.  A blah kit, with goofy instructions (not all the peices are called out on the instructions), turned into a fun little WiF.

Thanks for reminding me of the name!  And the comments.  Always like the comments.

Looks very nice, the plane looks similar to a Buccaneer for me, poor armor guy:P
The only thing I didn´t like was the name of the what if brazilian carrier...Carnivale sounds too hilarious, maybe could be "Rio de Janeiro" or "Brasilia", what do you think?
Another thing, ¿where did you get the decals?

Cheers

Heh...  those are names of two other Brazillian carriers (a CVV and an older British ship, respecitvely).

Got those decals from Hannets.  I did a search for Brazil and came up with them.
