Holy keerap: fantastic stuff, all of it.
Wow, I have just one measly Phantom in 1:144 and, frankly, it ain't worth showing here.
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

What about my C150? I didn't think that was worth anything.

And I thought my F-16FSW was stupid, until you guys started to compliment it! Be brave, Bazza! C'MON! PEER PRESSURE!!! B)

I like that camo!   Reminds me of those unmarked a/c used in Vietnam/Laos/Wherever. Way cool stuff Baz!

Give you "blah" John Howling Mouse...seriously, don't put your skills down. I did that...look at me now!

Well, I mean the models, but, you know, um, yeah. COOL!

Zac's right that's one cool camo job there Mr Howling Mouse!

Thanks fellas.  I just meant that it wasn't especially creative and not really modified in anyway.  But thanks!   ^_^

And it IS still a fun little model to fly around the house!

JHM,
That paint job is very cool! B) If you don't mind me asking, was that a brush job? I hope you'll take this as a complement, but to me, it has a very art gallery feel to it. The blending , the choice of colors. I think it would look good on canvas just as as well. Very well done! Brazo Zulu. :)

This is a Shasper inspired build. I was very impressed by your X-15 stack and since I had a extra hornet fuselage lying around.......... :)  I stripped the Hornet of it's LEXs and intakes and added the back halves of an old bomb I had to give it  a look of having conformal tanks. After some sanding, I added sheet styrene in all the right place and shazam, this is what I've got. I added some generic wings and a tail to round it out. I may or may not keep them, but it gives a good idea of the direction I'm headed, which is up! B)

Oohhhh I like it I like it! Excellent little whiffer there Eddie! It reminds me of the Delta Dart...I like to think of it as the Eddie Dart.

Is it possible that 1/144 is gaining in popularity? Could munchkins one day rule?

Tune in tomorrow to find out...

We can always hope. With companies like Sweet and Ozmods turning out some nicely detailed stuff there definitely seems to be a resurgence in that scale.

Hey, I was doing that with my Spitfire prototype before the conversion set arrived! Don't do it quite as often nowadays....Ms K5054NZ is often hanging around ;) ...but my mates and I used to do airshows with my models. Great fun! ESPECIALLY when we used walkie talkies to simulate ATC chatter.
