I'll take a stab at it Greg...is it a Northrop F-89 Scorpion? The fuse and tail profile sure resemble one!

Hmmm, I can't tell...no matter what, it is going to be a floatplane.  (note: just googled that jet, and Brian, I think that you are correct, sir!)

Score Greg!

Baz, I swapped it for the Polikarpov I-153 vac with a eBay Canada dude, who runs the eBay store Adrenaline Connections - check him out, great variety!

Thanks, Zac.  He definitely has some choice vintage stuff there.  Especially if you're into Frog and Aurora kits.

But priiiiiiiiiiiiiicey, eh?

Yup. Even if I had money I probably wouldn't try him.

Woo-hoo I'm officially in! Thanks to the generosity of the Fifth Teletubby (a.k.a. Leigh), I'll be able to take part in this GB! Leigh sent me a 1/72 Suchoi SU-5 by MPM. This little prop/jet combo fighter is one I'd never heard of before...kinda looks like what the Ryan Fireball wishes it could take to the prom. For a vac kit, this looks fairly substantial. It's got some injection-molded parts, including a four-blade prop! There's also a very nice vac canopy and for the adventuresome, a male mold for the canopy if you feel the need to make another one. I'm really thrilled to participate in the Vacuform GB. Leigh, sir, thanks a million! You rock!

I'm overjoyed to have you, Bri! B) Welcome to the little GB of madness!

And thanks a bunch Leigh for assisting our Bri - well done matey! ^_^

Call me a masochist if ya want, but I'm really looking forward to this one, almost as much as I'm looking forward to the Airfix GB. My mind is buzzing with ideas for this cool little vac kit the Fifth Teletubby sent me (thanks, Leigh!).

Wow excited about vacs. Only in Whif-world!

Thanks for starting this, Zac. It's Brillllliaaaaaaant!

hmm, what could I do with a 1/144 Valetta?

Funny how life works out, after dumping, ahem I meant donating my only Vac-form I thought I might be exempt from this torture, but there's a rumour floating around the  mill that there may be one in the post for me so I might be able to join in. The big "if" is that one of my two Airfix builds is probably gonna be a huge diorama.

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid
