If it's only half as good we'll still be thrilled Brian! What you have done is taken it to the next level. You see, many 109 devotees are very easily offended, get the wrong style of cap on the tire valve and they will be all over you like a pack of dogs on a three-legged cat.

But you went above and beyond the call of duty. My hat is off to you Sir!

Hmmm maybe I should take it down from the ceiling fleet and bring it with me to the next local IPMS meeting. It will help me determine who the JMNs are there.
No one there dissed my 1/144 H-16 flying boat, but my guess is JMNs have no idea what an H-16 is since it's not a 109 or 190 or Ausschturmgeschutzpanzerkampfwagen (gesundheit). :P

I can't remember, was the name Gesundheit applied to the MkI or the MkII?  :D

Actually, the name was applied to the mark III

Ah yes, the one with the 200mm barrel cast from spare tire rims...could only shoot three times before going "atchoo"!

Radish

Oh that is soooooo nice   Starting to love those old clunky between the wars designs, maybe it's my age, but that is an awesome build Brian.

As for your gun hole problems on the fuselage a trick I use for filling holes and the like is either shave off some slivers of sprue into a small cup and add Tenax or if yer a cheapskate like me laquer thinner and you can make up a styrene paste to fill odd areas. Or I just take a piece of sprue hold one end in the tenax for about half a minute till its soft then force it into the void. Trim, sand and bob's yer uncle.

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid

You can also use fermented twiglet resin...just have a fat eskimo chew up some twiglets, then spit the resulting goo into a vat full of annelid worms...the end excreta works wonders for filling small holes, and keeping members of the opposite sex away.

Brian - she's a stunner!

i'll confess that biplanes *generally* leave me cold (sorry, i know, unforgivable), but i LOVE the racy look that the 109 rear end gives this - and there's something about those spats too... i think i'm in love
