Actually......no. While familiar with the ogre it was not the inspiration for this model.

I have always been fascinated by the idea of the land battleship concept.

The rest is just the product of my deranged imagination.

The Tsarist dreadnouht will be very russian. By Russian I mean square crude and lots of turrets on turrets.

Even took some pics that I was going to post but then I discovered that the cable needed to transfer the photos is at work.

One thing about being away and coming back is that I am energised and have gotten more done in 2 -3 nights than in a week normally.

This baby is gettin finshed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aye Carrumbaa Sisko! I think I crapped my pants just looking at the pics of that fearsome beast! This has gotta be the absolute most menacing and amazing AFV whiff of all time! It looks like it could swallow up entire cities in a single gulp!
