How many resin do you have? Sounds mighty impressive!

QuoteAmazing!

I'm in Virginia, USA. Got my 4 kits today.

Looking forward to the aftermarket kits.

What a great lookin' aircraft, in flight AND on the ground!

Hmmm well there was parade today out front which shut down the whole downtown area so probably no mail delivery, but hopefully I'll get mine Monday then, if they've hit the U.S. already.

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid

Wellcome aboard tsr2us - now was it the advent of the Airfix kit that drew you here ?

Chris
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Chris--

thanks for the welcome. TSR.2 is and has been one of my favorites for some time (others being B-58A, DH Mosquito, Westland Welkin, and (yeah, I know this is crazy) Fairey Rotodyne!

I found the forum through Thunder & Lightnings' TSR.2 page under "References and Credits".

TSR.2 doesn't attract much attention this side of the pond, but I stumbled onto Hannants' page when the Xtradecal "TSR as it Might Have Been" sheets were on sale, so I went ahead and got those, then ordered the kits.

Rather surprising to see how much demand is out there, but it's great to talk to folks who have good taste in aircraft.

Check out http://www.hsgalleries.com/gallery04/tsr2jb_1.htm for a great new print of XR219 in flight.

BTW it wasn't cheap--shipping & handling for 4 kits was 26.46 Pounds!

Rotodyne? Crazy?

Haven't read much of the boards yet, have ya? ;)

In any event, welcome aboard!

I know this won't help Zac, but my order for 7 arrived at home in Adelaide today from Hannants.  :P
Won't see them untill I get home at the end of April, but I don't care! They are safe at home, that is all that matters.

Cheers
