Fuselage shapped and bogged.
Next, the auto bog, sanding, windows, wings and tail assembly.
Any idea's yet?

A flying boat? How could we have guessed?
Which one? If the canopy is burried in the shape, it must be a tiny canopy, so a huge flying boat scale 1.

I wonder: what is the matter you work so fine? With plastic, it would be a tremendous amount of work, unless you are using professional tools...
Tell us more... :)
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

A Saro Lerwick? Glenn you're holding my intense interest yet again! I just love seeing your cool flying boat builds. I'm impressed with your skill and talent!
Any chance of seeing pics of your "Pteradactyl" flying boat once it's painted and has markings?

QuoteNo, if it's a Saro my guess is it'll be the Saro Princess.
Looking at the profile, I'd have to agree.

I immediately thought "Princess" - that nose is unmistakeable. Is there a model available of that one yet?

Well, the wing spars give the span at 390mm, not forgeting it's 1/180sc. which means 'it's a bloody big boat'!
At present, the wings are finished, and I'm working on the retractable floats.
More to follow...................any idea's yet?

Ollie

Saro Princess as Lee said.

Glenn

Ollie,
   Still think she's a Princess?
A clue.......she's American.
