The Rules

The gun is about to go off and you - or rather we, because I is taking part - have until the end of October to do this one. This should give those of you who live beyond the UK ample time to source a kit and start work.

The rules.
1. Group build starts April 1st, 2006 and finishes October 31st. That gives everyone plenty of time to source their kits and do the building.

2. Those in the build can enter an unlimited number of models, but they must all be built between the dates above. So that means everyone starts from a level playing field and means that any existing resin/vacform/Merlin attrocity models from myself and others are automatically eliminated.

3. Any and all aftermarket parts (brass and resin detail sets) used in the model(s) MUST be declared. This does mean the Xtradecal sheets, resin pylons, weapons, etc. If possible, details should be given as to where alternate decals have been sourced. Someone else may wish to do a similar model and the info would be helpful. The source kit for the model must also be declared, although those in the know can probably tell at a glance which kit has been used.

4. Voting. All entries must be in by 31/10/06. The organiser (I HAVE THE POWER!) will then put it up as a Poll and allow popular voting to take place over the following three days and then the topic will be locked. The winner will be announced shortly afterwards.


There. Couldn't be simpler. So, you have plenty of time to source your kits and get building.  The clock is ticking.

Oh darn anyhow, but realistically, I can't think of anything worthy to DO with the eagle anyhow, not that's not going to be done by my fellow leafy roundel chaps!
