Holy thread revival, Batman!!   :lol:

The SHARC (Charc, chark, however the frak you spell it) does in deed look like the A-9!  

I've never been a fan of the sea base, what with refueling capabilities, pre-positioning of ships, and the fast transit CVSG's can make nowadays.  A neat concept, just not practical.
