The Wooksta!

I think I'll stick with the Magna one.  I think I donated the Airwaves one I had given to Duncan.

...
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last forever; I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one:
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods:
For nothing now can ever come to any good.

Not just the J-20 announced today but one of my faves, the Boeing XCH-62 heavy lift chopper in 1/144th scale. http://www.anigrand.com/images/items/AA4062_XCH-62/AA4062_XCH-62_real-1.jpg Due in April for $78 plus $12 postage.
Future releases now has the 1/72nd MiG 31 Firefox listed as due in March. http://www.anigrand.com/AA6014_Mig-31.htm

Here's the Lockheed Constituion parts pic which includes the A-12 possibly a Firescout and the Boeing EX. http://www.anigrand.com/images/items/AA4060_R6O-1/AA4060_R6O-1_parts.jpg

He's rather quick off the mark with the J-20, isn't he?

Lets wait and see what Trumpeter does with the J-20. They have quite the run on PLAAF A/C.

The XCH-62 caught my eye! That's the first time I've seen the intact mockup, rather than just the fuselage. Might be fun, but will the landing gear struts be white metal? Also great to see the Firefox, but I must admit to being worried about price. If only I left my Lego one intact rather than breaking it up back when I was younger!

Also, if anyone buys the Constitution and for some reason doesn't want their Firescout, let me know and I'll gladly take it off your hands! Let me know if there's a kit you would like in exchange, as money is quite tight at the moment.

There's a 1/144th scale one already out in Japan! Think it was by a company called Fox One.

I hope the MiG-31 landing gear is internally reinforced, it looks scale which is nice but would it be strong enough?

     If it's not stout enough, use an F-4 Phantom gear, that's what they used on the 'real' Firefox.
